My passion for Reiki started 20 years ago. The extraordinary body-mind healing that I have experienced through my Reiki practice has motivated me to share my learning by becoming a teacher and share all that I have learned. I have chosen to specialize in the Japanese lineage of Reiki, referring to the learning techniques coming from the original teachings of Hayashi Sensei.
My goal is to assist others in their healing process and to promote the use of Jikiden Reiki.
Sharing knowledge and kindness is the basis of my practice. .
My desire to teach Reiki took me to Peter Arjava in Stuttgart (DE) for my certification as Reiki Teacher (2004) of the Usui Reiki System. After this I went to work overseas and during my travels I’ve initiated others and share with them this beautiful Japanese technique.
In 2015 I reconnected with Peter Arjava, and he invited me to a Jikiden Reiki seminar in Sittard (NL). I was introduced to the legacy of Chiyoko Yamaguchi Sensei by Tadao Yamaguchi Sensei and received my Shoden-Okuden Jikiden Reiki certification.
When I heard of the Congress of Kyoto in 2016, I thought that I was not going to be able to attend. But I was wrong as. Reiki took me there and I experienced the beginning of a new inner journey. Knowing Reiki and discovering the Japanese culture has been a real revelation.
Now, I am in The Hague promoting Jikiden Reiki through the establishment of my practice where I invite all Reiki practitioners to come together and share their kindness.
